Olga Gritchina Chernobilskaia

Holds a higher education degree in Law. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association (Il·lustre Col·legi d'Advocats de Barcelona), registered with ICAB nº 40117.

Born in Russia in 1982, she emigrated with her family to Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1997 at the age of 15, where she completed her secondary education at the commercial school "Colegio Comercial Nº 4 Baldomero Fernández Moreno." In 2001, she moved to Barcelona to enroll in the Faculty of Law at the University of Barcelona (Facultat de Dret, Universitat de Barcelona). She successfully completed her law degree in 2008 with distinction. From 2008 to 2010, she worked at the law firm "Aynes and Abril Advocats Associats."

In 2011, she established her own law office and has since worked successfully in the legal field. She has in-depth knowledge of Spanish law and applies it effectively to achieve positive results in her legal work. She has extensive experience in criminal, civil, and immigration law.

Esteban Lloréns Calderó

Esteban Lloréns Calderó is a legal expert specialized in economic criminal law, with broad experience in the technical analysis of complex criminal proceedings. He is part of Olga Gritchina Chernobilskaia’s team, where he contributes his expertise in matters related to organized crime, crimes against the socioeconomic order, and money laundering.

He studied Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid (2010–2014), where he earned honors in subjects related to criminal and procedural law. He later completed a Master’s in Economic Criminal Law and Business Law at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) (2015–2016), a program that allowed him to deepen his understanding of criminal law as applied to business and finance.

Throughout his career, he has worked in legal research, legal writing, and technical support in law firms in Madrid and Barcelona, actively participating in the preparation of expert reports, legal defense strategies, and legal analysis in highly sensitive proceedings.

Since 2021, he has been working on his PhD thesis at the Autonomous University of Madrid, focused on “Urban Organized Crime and Its Impact on Legal Security for Citizens.” His work has been cited in academic lectures and contemporary criminal law seminars.

At Olga Gritchina’s office, Esteban actively contributes to criminal cases through legal-technical analysis, drafting of procedural documents, preparation of doctrinal reports, and direct collaboration with bar-registered criminal lawyers.


Vyacheslav Korniltsev Turchin

Office Administrator

Graduated in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid, with specialized training in law firm management and legal accounting. He brings over ten years of experience in the internal administration of legal structures, combining administrative, financial, and organizational knowledge with strong awareness of the legal environment’s specific needs.

Since 2020, he has served as the office administrator of the law firm led by Esteban Lloréns Calderó. He is responsible for coordinating the team’s operations, supervising billing, controlling costs, managing supplier relations, and ensuring compliance with the quality and confidentiality standards required in the legal sector.

He has implemented improvements in document management systems, integrating digital solutions to optimize workflows, enhance information security, and improve client service. Additionally, he oversees regulatory compliance and works closely with the human resources department in recruitment and training processes.

María del Alba Cifuentes Bragado

Head of Procedural Management and Client Services

Graduated in Administrative Management and Legal Documentation from the University of Valladolid, María del Alba has developed her professional career in the legal administration field, collaborating with law firms specialized in criminal and administrative litigation law.

Since 2021, she has been part of Olga Gritchina Chernobilskaia’s team, where she coordinates the procedural management of criminal cases, monitors court deadlines, and maintains direct relationships with courts, prosecutors’ offices, and public registries. She is responsible for ensuring the documentation traceability of each case and coordinating the legal team’s court schedules.

She also plays a key role in providing personalized client service, ensuring clear, empathetic, and continuous support throughout the different stages of legal proceedings.

She holds additional training in data protection, mediation techniques, and emotional management in legal environments.
